Heard that par tea on got replaced by a new place..Well....at least it's a thousand times better than "par tea on" or whatever it used to be called, but this place is NO WHERE near the 4.5 star rating it currently holds. I call this phenomenon "preliminary yelp inflation." The inside is very clean and brightly colored. Large percentage of the consumers seem to be of middle school to high school age. Hence, the inflation. The service was friendly and attentive. One size fits all cups, on the larger side which is good. Tried the YOLO, as recommended by many reviewers. The milk tea itself was a little on the sweet side, but didn't taste super amazing or anything. At least it was not watered down. The pudding or flan or whatever was pretty tasteless to me. I don't get how so many people could be amazed with this drink to rate it 5 stars. When I rate something 5 stars, it's got to be something that makes me say DAMN THIS SHIT IS GOOD. There is none of that effect here. It is certainly worth a try if you're in the area, but there are better places out there.

Came here for the first time tonight, I didn't feel like driving 3 miles for tastea so I opted here, 2 miles from home. And you know what? I'm glad I did. I got your basic milk tea and a Thai tea. For $7 I got two large drinks. Pretty good deal. The boba was tasty too. Nice and chewy, not hard at all like some of those cheap boba shops.

What a great place to get boba at. It's a small shop in a quiet corner right across the street from Mile Square Park. The staff is always friendly and the owner, Paul, is super personable. I was able to sign my name on the wall but they recently painted it black. Still, this place has fast service, friendly staff and a clean environment.

Darn this place doesn't offer wifi as some other tea houses do, but I still like coming here as they do offer various unique drinks though I didn't get one of those today. I got the Caramel Iced Milk with Flan Pudding. Not too sweet though I wish there were more pudding as that is the main reason why I ordered it.

I should have been warned by the fact that the establishment was practically empty (there was a lone customer sitting outside, which is understandable given the drab and uninviting interior). The taro milk tea was incredibly disappointing - too delicately flavored and watered down. Ironically, "Craved" was unable to transform my boba milk tea craving into the past tense - I am still craving good boba milk tea :(

The drinks taste awesome and lots of intresting features. Friendly environment. Small but cute place, will come back if i get the chance too.and the cashier is cute

I seriously come here like everyday. I love this place because they have one size for their cups and it's big, and gives easy ice (depending on the person). CLOUD MISTEA IS MY SAFETY BLANKET I've tried other stuff and everything is good as well but I love lychee jelly and the cloud mistea the jelly comes with it Green bliss is like that milk tea with the mung bean (like 7leaves) but sweeter and bigger cup hehe But everything else you can go wrong! all the drinks come out really fast and the workers are so sweet and awesome. Make sure to get a stamp card cause it'll fill up quick!! $3.50 +tax not bad for how big the cups are and how much you get.. And it's the closer than the other boba places on bolsa or Westminster with smaller cups and all dat ice they give us

So after coming here a 2nd time I've made a conclusion about this place that is a little more.. Reliable? lol Craved is all about customer service. They were super helpful when my friend was asking questions about how their teas are made and whether she could customize her drink down to the core... lol I tried the YOLO and it lives up to its name... It's basically milk tea + boba + egg pudding + caramel sauce. It's super sweet so if you have a huge sweet tooth then it's the drink for you. (feels like a rush of sugar to me) I think I'm gonna just stick to their shaken iced teas or jasmine's kiss next time. lol The seating area is like.. Not there anymore.. o_o They've added a wall that you can write on so that's always fun!

I had to dock a star for inconsistency. My boba today was slightly too mushy compared to the first few times I had it. Their jasmine tea is starting to taste watered down... Still one of the better places in the area though!

This place has one of the best almond milk tea and Thai ice tea period! From outside this place might look little shady but don't be scared and go in!

I always get the Green Bliss (green milk tea, lychee, pandan flavoring) with just a little bit of sugar and a little bit of ice. Sooooo good. I crave it all the time. Too bad they don't open before noon on M-Th. I wish I can get some on my way to work so I can enjoy it throughout my day. My spouse loves the Passion Luv Tea. The bobas are pretty good, nice and sweet, soft but slightly chewy (fresh). I really like that they offer loyalty stamp cards (buy 10 drinks, get one free). I miss the 20% off they used to give you when you check in. If they still had it, I'd go even more often! Place is tiny. My advice: get it to-go!

Had my traditional honeydew milk tea with Boba I usually have it everywhere I go to and they are pretty good but this is the most mellow one I've had meaning not too sweet and not too unsweetened it is perfect to drink and not feel sick from it. My wife and son had the slushy watermelon made with real slices of watermelon it was amazing when I saw that and the people here are great and the service as well I'm coming back definitely and I'm gonna try the YOLO everyone talks about

Came here last night after Hue Oi because they're right next to each other. Their drinks sizes are decent (they only have one size btw) and I asked to try their Milk Tea first. After sampling I liked it so much I got the entire drink with boba. It's the right amount of milk and tea, not too sweet, just right. Their boba balls are soft on the outside and chewy on the inside which is good for me. Some places make it too thick and TOO chewy. Overall really liked all our drinks (friends tried Yolo and Citrus Tea which were good too). You can get a refill within 2 hours of purchase for $1--not bad!

Look, You Only Live Once... so I do not like using my time sitting in a car, especially when it takes about 40 minutes, just to get my fix of Half and Half's most popular drink or Meow Meow's most popular drink. Although the taste is not quite up to par with the other two, YOLO definitely satisfies my craving for iced milk boba. And unlike many other boba places with hard boba, this place actually perfected in making soft chewy boba. The boba does not get hard after sitting in the ice cold for too long which I really appreciated. The decor and setup of the tea house does not remind me of a place that would get packed and have hipsters hanging and lounging around... which can be a good or bad thing... For me, I like it this way. I do not have to wait in a long line to get my drink, my brain can actually hear itself instead of being drowned out by 20 loud conversations. But then again, I prefer getting my drinks and enjoying it in the comfort of my own room so I do not care too much for the atmosphere. Overall, I hope Craved Tea House continues getting new customers because they can actually compete with the 9 million other boba houses in Orange County. The only thing that might interfere with that is their location... But I am sure that once people start trying Craved Tea House, they will surely come back... just like myself.

OK. I am a milk tea fanatic. And I'm not even exaggerating. I think 60% of my blood has turned into milk tea. Anyways this place certainly did not disappoint. There used to be a sad place here (sorry) called par tea on and at first when this place opened I wasn't really sure. It's not the best location but I'm so glad people have been noticing it because this place is awesome! Great decor and customer service is wonderful! I'm a horrible decision maker but they let me try the milk tea (thank you gods). It tastes a little thin...like its not suppppper creamy or sugary which is a GOOD thing in my opinion. I got milk tea for 2.50 and my bf got the choco mojo for 3.50 which kinda tastes like a chocolate Frostee but much more drinkable. He said it's ok. But to make such good milk tea. Props. I can't wait to come back and try more. OK HERE'S THE BEST PART. I almost had a heart attack. Actually it's guaranteeing at least 10 million more visits for me. I'm scared to tell you because I don't want it to get too popular and have it taken away but...ok. I'm. Ready . Are you???? MILK TEA refills within 2 hours for a dolla. HOLLLAAA If that doesn't get you dropping everything you're doing to come here then I'm afraid we can't be friends. Half kidding. Come try this place!

Ive only had the watermelon n avocado smoothies but they were both great! I keep coming for the avocado hands down.

First off, I ordered season fries with the cahmildly spicy. Very good and don't have a freezer burn taste too them. Very very good flavor. I ordered a peach iced tea with boba and lychee jelly. Everything was good but nothing exceptional, just your typical tea bar. This lychee jelly did actually have a weird dexterity to it, wasn't really chewy which is how I usually like it. Very small place, two very small tables and two couch like benches against the wall. Ambiance is really unique and really nice. They have board games and markers to write on the wall if you find some space. Friendly employees so pretty good customer service. They offer 20% off with a single yelp check in so definitely remember to do that. Looks like all teas are brewed constantly so that's always a good sign at a tea bar. Parking wasn't an issue although the parking lot was tiny. Wouldn't be too surprised if you can't find parking during earlier hours when the rest of the businesses around are also open.

Im fond of Tea and smoothies but I find it hard to find drinks I like because im too picky with my choices, always end up with a simple thai tea, milktea or coffee. After trying a number of the drinks on all the menu I have to say.. I think I finely found a place where I can just randomly pick what sounds good because I haven't had a drink I didn't like so-far. The seating is very casual and has that mood that starsmucks sets but with a twist of up beat music videos playing all the time on the big screen. I am in the area several times a week so I anticipate coming back often to lounge around with my phone or laptop enjoying the wifi and a good tea or smoothie. Staff and Management here are great so far, they really care about their customers and value them. I have heard business is hard in Fountain Valley for some places, and these guys are determined to be here for the long haul. Did I say the Milktea is great?! They have their own Milktea which is kept fresh and always ready to satisfy, if you don't know what to get order one of these while your figure out what you want :) Big cups! Though both a positive and a negative you don't have to be bothered with the question of "Small, Medium or Large?" all the specialty drinks come in 24oz cups~! Look forward to my future visits! Sorry friends, going to need to fight me for the Crown ;)

Short and sweet: Good drinks and friendly service. The prices are awesome and if this place had popping bubbles, I swear I would be there everyday. They have stamp cards too. As a vague and friendly warning to something I have witnessed at this place to the team members working there: Wash your hands after using the restroom twice. Once inside the restroom, and once outside as a show of good faith to your customers. Also, don't take your aprons in with you.

Decided to stop by this tea house since it just recently opened, and it was pretty dead for a Friday night. Overall it's a cute little tea place. The service was good and the drinks were made quickly. Ordered the yolo-milk tea, house special pudding, caramel sauce, and it was surprisingly really good. Probably the closest thing to half and half in the OC. I would definitely come back just to order this drink again.

This is my favorite boba place in OC. I literally only always get milk teas, but their milk tea and jasmine milk tea are bomb. They have a wide variety of iced teas and my friends seem to really like them too. The boba also tastes good. The staff is friendly and they happen to often know what I'm going to order (I guess that's cause I'm a regular). Oh, and I think they also have popcorn chicken and garlic/cajun fries now (I have yet to try it), but it smells good! Definitely a must try if you haven't been here yet.

After shin sen gumi I wanted some boba! Found this place down the street so I stopped by. Employees were very helpful and helped me decide on a drink. I went for the yolo after they said it was the most popular. It was so good! I love sweet drinks to death so the caramel and the egg pudding definitely added to the sweetness. Also the boba was a plus, it was perfectly chewy, exactly what I wanted. I'm not from the area but when I come back I'll return here for sure!

First time here. I've driven by so many times, and finally I am here today. It's funny that it is in the same plaza as my nails salon. Anyway, parkings are limited unless you park behind the plaza and walk around it. There isn't a whole lot space inside but 2 small tables for 4, low white leather benches along the windows and along one side of the storage room which is right smack in front as you walk in, hmmm? Strange layout! It would be better if there were more seatings inside, an open plan. There are seatings outside as well. The walls of the storage room has lots of writing and drawing graffitis on it. The place is run by teens. I ordered the Picasso Tea which is quite good for $3.50, perfect for a nice summer drink. They have 3 menu boards, one for Shaken Teas for $2.99, Milk + Teas for $3.50, and third menu are Fresh Blends for $3.50. Nothing but drinks! I will definitely return for other drinks on the menu.

Best almond milk tea I've ever had... tastes great with aloe vera (the real kind, they don't use the kind that is drenched in sugar syrup) I love it!

What do you do when it's almost 80 degrees in the winter? You brush that hot cocoa aside and go get yourself a cold drink! I came here the other day for a drink. I've been here before, but I just got a milk tea and it was just okay, kind of watered down. This time, I was eying the taro slush, but I decided to branch out and try something fruity instead. I'm not into fruity drinks, but I decided to try the Summer Breeze, which was green tea with watermelon and lychee jelly. It was actually pretty good! You could really taste the green tea and it was not too sweet. The watermelon, which was crushed up and mixed in, also made it extra refreshing. I really liked it! Service was good. They were very friendly and accommodating. I was also given a stamp card. I think it's one free drink after buying 10 drinks. The place was really small though. I thought the square room in the middle of the shop was a VIP lounge or something, but it was just a storage room. That was kind of weird. Without that storage room, the shop would be a decent size. So, it's more of a grab-and-go kind of place. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised at how good my drink was. Lesson learned. From now on, I will try to be more open-minded...when it comes to drinks.

A co-worker mentioned this place to me and I finally had the time to come by. The old boba shop was taken over by Craved and this place is definitely better!!! Whenever I come here I always get the YOLO - milk tea with flan, caramel, and boba YUM, it sounds kind of weird but it is delicious. I haven't tried too many of their shaken teas to say much, but to me it's a little watery. The YOLO is the only drink I get here. P.S. they accept cards here!!!

I dragged my friends here for the grand opening/soft opening when they were giving out free drinks for the time being and it wasn't as good as I hoped but then again that's why it was free. A bunch of us got flavored tea and the tea was super strong and bitter. It was no good. I recently came back to try our their famous "YOLO" drink. I wish the drink wasn't called this but whatever yolo right.... I ordered two, one for me and a friend. We both love drinks from Meow Meow, which sounds similar to their YOLO drink. I came about 10 minutes before they opened but he was still willing to take my order! I sat around and waited and he told me he messed up on my drink so he's going to remake it. What's funny is that he only forgot to put caramel on the sides of the cup (he told me) and so he ended up giving me the mess ups and the ones he made. I paid for 2 and came out with 4! Not too shabby! The pudding here is not so much like pudding, it's exactly like flan. Boba is okay too. I wish the drink was more icy because it melted WAY too fast!

Got the Thai tea slush which was super good and then I got the popcorn chicken and it was very flavorful. But what I liked the most were the spicy Cajun Fries ! Took forever to make but it was super good. The chairs are super low and it was weird because it's such a small narrow area walking toward the ordering spot.

I found this place through yelp and I loved it. The YOLO is a must try! Everytime I go here the customer service is great and you get your drink fast. The prices are reasonable and you get a lot for your buck!

Friendly & fast service. really tasty & diff flavors. (tried the YOLO with asses boba for $0.50 extra), it WAs $4 for a pretty big cup. I'll be back:)

SUPER SUPER SWEET DRINKS. But their descriptions are very alluring. What caught my attention: YOLO: Milk Tea with house special flan pudding and caramel sauce Summer Breeze: Green tea with a splash of fresh watermelon and delightful lychee Dark Force: Milk tea with a smooth blend of Arabica coffee Jasmine Kiss: Milk with the aroma of Jasmine blossoms (I got so drawn in by those adjectives "delightful," "smooth," "aroma," I even took a stamp card) I personally really liked my YOLO. Milky, sweet and rich, it's exactly as expected. The venue is very small with walls of customer graffiti drawn all around. Limited seating on the pretty worn-out furniture. They have games like Scrabble, Risk, Jenga and cards but most are missing pieces. Overall, they'd benefit from updating a bit! Fun Note: They have a drink called YOLO and "MILEY TWERK" written on the wall. Just an FYI for those Miley or Drake haters.

There have been boba shops at this store before and they all failed. I tried it when it was partea on and I forgot the other. They weren't good at all and I didn't think to ever try crave either. I love 7leaves and tastea forever and would go out of my way to drink there, but out of convenience, I tried crave after eating at hue oi near by. My friend and I yelped the good drinks at crave and ordered the yolo and some watermelon tea. I don't really try boba at unfamiliar places because if it sucks, I would super complain and ask them to take it out... So I just got the watermelon tea with lychee bits to avoid any hassle. It was surprisingly really good and refreshing! They use real watermelon, smash it up, put it in green tea, and add lychee jelly. The combo is perfect and I finished my drink wanting more. I asked for half sweet but it was still pretty sweet so idk how full sugar would be... I also had a sip of my friends yolo drink which was milk tea and egg pudding? It was not overly creamy and fattening like half and halfs drink. The drink was well balanced and perfectly sweet. I hate it when boba shops think sugar saves everything, it doesnt!!! The inside of the store is pretty small and there's an ugly wall when you enter where high school kids sharpied all over it-- super ugly. Please paint it so your store looks more appealing. Will come back to try other fruit teas but I still prefer 7leaves.

Okay, new tea house means the possibility of a new niche in Little Saigon, which means I have GOT to try it and give it a fair chance. I will say this. If they can keep up the quality of their food, and the smiling helpfulness of their service, all they need to work on is a better layout of their place to be more inviting for dine-in customers. Otherwise! onto their drinks! My sister and I were out and about running errands, and having a thirst that needed quenching, we decided to give Craved a try. I ordered the Jasmine's Kiss, now since everything is served in 24oz cups, the quantity isn't an issue. In fact, for this particular drink, there's nothing wrong with it. The milk tea is light, but not watered down, and the jasmine notes were there all throughout, so delectable. It has now been favorited. There's not much I would change about this drink, it was pretty tasty as it. Defniitely recommend it. My sister gave the YOLO a try, and the people over at Craved were very smart and trendy for the drink name. In her own words she said it was "sweet, but not overly sweet, the drink itself is creamy, and the caramel notes aren't too overpowering. It comes with pudding, which was generic and so-so, nothing special about it, but having it there did soften out the sweetness of the caramel and milk tea. Also: Dustin P. Challenge Accepted! I want that crown. }=]

Great place for a boba milk tea fix! I've been coming here usually once every week for my Green Milk tea. The staff was friendly and helpful and you don't have to wait too long for your drink. Really cheap for high quality drinks! Highly Recommended!

It was my first time here at Craved Tea House. They have funny/punny drink names like the "Whitey Thai Tea." I tried the Yolo Milk Tea, the Whitey Thai Tea, and the Mistea. The Yolo and Mistea are both really sweet. I prefer sweet drinks, so I enjoyed them. However, the drink that impressed me the most was their Whitey Thai Tea. If you're a Thai tea fanatic and love Thai tea from 7 Leaves, or Seaside Bakery, this drink is for you. Their Thai tea is legit because they brew the leaves rather than using the artificial powder. The consistency was perfect. I will definitely come back again just for the Thai tea. If you're ever around the area and craving a drink, I'd definitely give this place a try.

  • Vivian P.

Not bad. Not bad. It's a little shop in the corner of the shopping plaza. My favorite here is the Serenitea (The hint of guava makes it supes good). The jasmine's kiss is pretty good too. I would pass on getting boba because the consistency isn't that great... Mehhh. A bonus is they only have one size and it's a large. YES!

  • Mary N.

The drinks here have unique names but don't really taste all that special. Cloud and mistea has add ons that totally over power the tea. Litchi jelly and the fruit syrup comes on pretty strong. Yolo is really sweet and is pretty much a dessert. It has flan and caramel syrup. Jasmine Kiss had an overpowering fragrance taste and was hard to drink, The oolong blended drink was a little bland. The only decent drink was summer breeze. The watermelon came through at the end and it didn't taste artificial. If you're craving drinks more on the sugary side then this is the place. Really nice and quick service!

  • Takeo T.

The Yolo! I actually ended up getting the sister Halo version, but it was good nonetheless. I love how they put flan in there. I haven't tried anything else on the menu, but the prices seemed reasonable and the drink that I got was good, so I'm gonna 4 star it for now. I'll probably be back frequently as I go to FV often.

First time trying Craved Teahouse today. The Green Monster is really good with caramel swirls. It's a lot bigger and have a strong Matcha flavour compared to Starbucks, which is smaller and kind of over-priced. Craved Teahouse is located in a kind of remote area near Mile Square Park. You really have to look for the sign.

i wouldn't say this is my "new go-to place" or anything, but it is nice to have a boba place in fountain valley that's close to home! craved is very small, considering that literally half of the place is closed off for storage (but you can't see their stuff, so it still looks good) i would say that it's kind of expensive, but they probably need to price it like that to keep up their business. anyway, some of the drinks are pretty good! misty & ocean (i think that's what it's called): loved this drink, it has lychee jelly, other juice, and green tea - i love that the green tea flavor is the strongest flavor in that drink serenitea: um... don't get this. it just tastes like juice. they have a secret menu, but it's weird because most of the "normal" drinks are on that menu. hahaha. so just ask them to make drinks that you want if they're not on the menu ;)

  • Rachan S.

i dont know whats so special about this place. the dark force drink that i tried, which is a blend of creamy coffee and milk tea wasnt that good. the coffee is strong but the texture is too watered down and not creamy at all. plus, the drink was too sweet!! maybe i ordered the wrong thing and should order something else next time. service is just ok. nothing exceptional. parking is easy to find. they open til late which is a good thing for late night sweet or something.

  • Charlissa W.

I'm still in love with this shop! I've learned to stick to only black teas because their green and jasmine teas are so strong that they have a perfume taste to them. They've also updated their stamp cards, you now have to buy ten drinks in order to get a free one.

Such a serendipitous find! I got the Jasmine's Kiss (jasmine milk tea) while my bf got the strawberry slush (or whatever that was called ^^;) Jasmine Kiss was sooooooo refreshing! it had such a great taste, well balanced between sweet and tea flavor, and the drink was topped with sea salt foam. At first i was hesitant about that (wth is sea salt foam doing on my tea?) but the salty chunks was a very very light touch to the drink that just made it an overall well balanced drink. Loved the sea salt and the milk tea. The boba itself was only OK, not the best i've had, but definitely good and did not ruin my drink by any means. The strawberry slush was AMAZING!! Arguably, if not, the BEST i've had. The reason for this is that most places you can taste a Nesquick strawberry flavor so I am never really fond of strawberry slushes. This one however tasted like a strawberry smoothie! It had a really fresh strawberry taste that I was not expecting at all. Decor: the walls had cute art "graffiti" on it which gave the place a nice edge. Cup sizes are pretty big so I felt like I was getting a pretty good deal for my money too. overall: loved the place and want to go back!!

Love this place! Been to a lot of tea places all over OC and this place is tops on my list. Small list of choices but they do them well. Quality always consistent. Real fruit pieces in drinks. Not stingy with cups like other tea places. Real fan. Wish they had one closer to me. Summer Breeze is the bomb. Family also loves the avocado smoothie. Real fruit, not the powder crap. Great stuff.

It was ok but not my best....I was expecting the experience to be greater than it was but I wouldn't say I won't go back, I believe 3xs rule. First is the expectation, second is observation and lastly is the quality. I ordered the mistea with Lychee. It was very sweet, a little too sweet for my taste buds. I like the taste and flavor of the tea not the sweetener which is what I got in this case. Maybe I'll have to try another tea to get a better consensus whether or not I really like craved tea house. The size of the tea house is very very small an minimal seating. I thought the cool gravity on the was was an added flair but that was about it that made it a craving for more tea.

  • Anna S.

Thank you to the two guys that worked today! I went with the suggestions of Yelp to order the YOLO. One of the guys told me that sometimes it is too sweet for people, and asked if I wanted the sweetness or to go lighter on the sweetness....and thank goodness he asked me because going lighter was just right for me. BF had the regular milk tea with boba and said it was the best milk tea and boba he had. Volcano tea house will still be my favorite, but when I am visiting the OC area, I will definitely stop by here. Btw, the drinks are served in only one HUGE size LOL. It took me all day to finish my drink :)

First off I'm so glad that this place replaced the old lame "Par Tea On" I've been waiting for this place to open for months! It's right across from the Mile Square Park basketball courts. So if you're playing ball and need some thirst quenchers after come here! It's extremely bright and cheerful inside. I enjoyed the layout even though it's small they have plenty of seating inside. The menu was pretty creative. Lot's of different choices. Seems like everyone who was there was ordering the "YOLO" decided to deviate from everyone else and get the "Picaso" which is a blend of different milk teas. Had to wait a bit because there were 2 large groups ahead of me, but was entertained by the music they had playing on the tv. Travis Garland! I approve! Got my drink and was pleasantly surprised the first sip reminded me of cinnamon toast crunch. Wasn't too sweet and I feel like I can sleep after drinking this. Oh and they give you plenty of boba! Only downside though is that they only have one size. The servers where also really friendly. They called my name and I wasn't paying attention so they brought the drink over to me. Ample parking space so no worries about that. Already craving for their drinks even though I just came from there. Everything on the menu seems pretty enticing. Even though the drinks are the same as other boba places I appreciate the creative names they came up with. Will be back for more! 1/19/12 Service is always amazing! They greet you right when you step in the door and are very helpful in helping you make a selection. Also if you sit in they have magazines and games to keep you entertained as well.

Kind of judged it at first but it's pretty decent now. I mainly go here because of the location. Generous portions and not 80% ice like other places. Got the Cloud and Mistea because I wanted a fruity but bitter tea drink. The lychee jelly chunks add a nice chewy texture along with the boba (also nice and chewy) which is better than most places. It's a really small place. Almost cramped. The decor of the walls are personally not my taste but if you don't mind drinking where it looks like a ska band would go to shoot heroin, then it's all cool. Good drink, chewy boba, terrifying graffiti.

I consider myself a boba conoisseur because I've try them as soon as they hit the market. It's summer and it's hot, I'm definitely on the hunt for new refreshing tea drinks. Note: I'm a tea drinker so this will primarily be about teas and their famous Yolo. Deeeelishhh teas! Craved Tea House, Costa Mesa Tapioca Express and Volcano Tea on GG & Brookhurst and & 7 Leaves are my favorite spots for boba. Excellent service: if you don't like it, they'll fix it to your likings and of course, delicious tea :D Also, the server chicks are nice and sweet : ) The other boba places makes their tea too sweet, artificial tasting (powder) or just bland and flat. If you like tea, order the PassionLuv Tea. I believe it's passionfruit and orange? but, its so smooth and unlike any tea I've ever had before. It taste like what it's suppose to be: tea and the passionfruit. The jelly complements it exactly. I'm not sure if I'm should be saying this since most boba drinkers are teeny boppers but, it almost taste like a sweet, tea version of the delicious Blue Moon beer 0_0 It goes down smooth like how Blue Moon does. Even comes with an orange slice! :D Hopefully, that doesn't intimidate you...you're probably thinkin "ewwwwww beer taste like shit". You're missin out if you don't try it! ;D Also, try the Cool Mistea? Something like that, it taste somewhat similar to PassionLuv except, it's mango+quava-ish. PassionLuv is orange and something. I like PassionLuv better though i hate oranges and love mangos. The milk tea here is also goood, though my favorite is at the fobbiest boba shop in the world: Tebo but, they are just too damn inconsistent. Craved gives free samples of the milk tea : ) Ask them The Yolo is the closest you can get here to a wannabe Half n Half, it's pretty bomb. You're safe with that one, it's milky and has decent depth. Enjoy!

Love this place. They have tons of different flavors ranging from fruits to sweets. Their fruit smoothies are the bomb. I come here almost every week for the fruit smoothie and to just chill. You also get to write a comment on their own wall! :D

After having a drink here one day, I CRAVED it the next day. Go figure.... Day 1: Strawberry Fruitea? (forgot actually name but it was probably something along the lines of that tea-pun nomenclature) Day 2: YOLO (felt dangerous, had to get it) Both were very pleasant. Most boba places tend to overdo it on the sweetness, but i feel that this place gets it just right. Even on the YOLO (milk tea + caramel + pudding), it wasn't as sweet as you think it would be. Just right. Actually everything here is pretty chill and moderate. Menu not too big. Price is cheap. Never too busy. Good selection of drinks. Only thing is that there is not really any space so most people take it to go. There are 2-3 small tables outside where people can chill and some benches where you can sit and wait for your drink inside. Overall a good place for a refreshment. CRAVED is APPROVED.

Every time spring or summer rolls around the corner there seems to be tons of new boba/tea, frozen yogurt, or ice cream shops that opens up in every vacant spot heading down Westminster or Brookhurst. Craved Tea House is no exception, but I'm not hating because the drinks here are good! I don't find it too sweet, but for those not fond of sweetness like I am, then ask for less sugar in your drink. My drink of choice is always the Cloud & Mistea. I can't recall the blend of teas, but there was guava and lychee jelly (which I always substitute with aloe vera). One mention of guava and I'm sold! It's refreshing and fruity! For something even more refreshing (more of a summer drink) get the Summer Breeze. Tons of watermelon to keep you peeing all night! Drinks come in one size. It's basically the same size as Tastea's gigantic (the medium one)...wish they had a smaller size so that I could save some calories.. For those who never had the opportunity to write on walls when you were a kid...well, ballz out. There's a bucket of sharpies on the counter for your tagging pleasure. What a great time to channel your inner gangster tagging abilities. The place is pretty small--L-shaped and hard to maneuver with a couple of tables and cushioned ottomans along the "write all you want" wall. For those sitting on the ones facing the ordering counter...you get a great view of everyone's a**, but that's a very dangerous spot to sit, my friends (if you know what i mean). Haha. The employees here are always very kind, sweet, and cheery. They're pretty fast and always helpful. Note: I'm unsure about the accuracy of their business hours listed here on Yelp. I stopped by one night to grab a drink to only find it's door closed. Everything was pitch black. As a matter of fact, the whole plaza was pitch black--scary. Anyhow, Yelp said that it was open until 11 pm and it wasn't. It makes me really hesitant to drive out there again wondering if they are or not open. So...maybe someone can clarify their hours of operation the next time they drop by. Thanks!

This place is good! Came here once when they first opened and had a positive experience so I came again recently, they did change the interior a bit, instead of seating they have a huge wall that you can draw on now, kind of weird and small inside because of that huge wall, I wonder why they did that. But there is very limited seating, probably can only fit about 7-10 people at most if you are sitting right next to each other. Staff is friendly and helpful with drink suggestions and their prices are very fair as well. I've tired a few drinks here and I liked them all, my friends who I brought felt the same way. I'm not much of a drink guy but if I was I would definitely be here all the time!

I love Craved Tea House! I've tried a lot of their drinks, but my ALL TIME FAVORITE would have to be the Jasmine's Kiss. It comes with a sea salt foam that is absolutely delicious. I find myself craving it from time to time, and I just can't get enough!!

I love this place! It must be hard to get into the tea/boba game around FV and Westminster. You have to compete with some pretty big names. However, Craved is doing pretty well! It's a simple menu and the employees are so nice. Customer service is half the battle, in my opinion. My first time going here, the employee asked if I wanted to sample anything and if I didn't like my drink he would replace it. I honestly think that's why I came back the second time! I've only had their Jasmine Kiss and Peaches and Cream. The Jasmine Kiss was pretty decent, but I LOVE the Peaches and Cream! Such a unique idea! Also, their sizes are pretty good for what you're paying. The price is really reasonable. I hope their business continues to grow, because FV could use a good boba place.

  • Nancy N.

Meh. Got the peaches and cream. They added caramel on top which makes no sense with the peach. I don't know. Maybe my taste buds are behind the curve or too old school for this fresh bizzz. Boba was GROSS. Hard and tasted old. Service was very sweet! The person who helped us was very nice and it was very fast. Their decor was alright. The whole trend with having customers draw on your wall has a very thin line of looking dirty aaanddd this place crossed that line. :/ Overall, I would choose many boba places over this one.

Cranberry Cooler is super tasty and refreshing. Peaches n Cream (milk tea + peaches) isn't bad either. Definitely an interesting twist, but peach flavor could be a little more emphasized. Jasmine's Kiss and Cloud&Mistea highly recommended by the workers! I'll have to try those next time. Store is small, but there are a couple seats and tables for you and friends. I wouldn't recommend bringing a big group, though. Prices very reasonable - $2.50-$3.50 for all drinks. One size only-large! :) Craved Tea House made me a happy girl.

This place has changed so much. Wow. I've become a regular since about a year ago and me and my gf actually have to keep restrain ourselves from going too much! The workers have been really friendly and prompt with the drinks and the management has really stepped up. I received the wrong add-on to my drink once and when I told one of the workers, the boss overheard, stepped right in, remade my drink, and delivered the drink to me himself and even apologized! Looking forward to the next time I have a cheat day so I can head back here :)

Came in here today and was happily greeted as soon as I walked in! That's always a good start, and it only went uphill from there. I wasn't too sure what to expect coming in, but I was pleased to see that their menu wasn't that vast, making it easier for me to chose from. Along with milk teas, they have fruity teas and normal loose teas. I was stuck between the "once oolong ago" and "jasmine's bliss", but ended up getting "jasmine's bliss" with boba and sea cream. They didn't have many other add-in's besides boba, but I do think they have the basics such as mini boba, rainbow jelly, and some other jellies (I think two or three more) besides coffee jelly. To start off, the milk tea itself was a nice creamy consistency, but it wasn't too thick as well which is a plus too. It was sweet but not to the point where I'd have to dilute it with water just for it to be consumable. The sea cream was a lot foamier than what I'm used to, but nonetheless it was good- not the best I've had but definitely not the worst. It was less saltier than I'd expected it would be, and a little on the plainer side of all the "sea creams" out there. Sweetness was alright, I just felt it was a little unbalanced between the saltiness to sweetness ratio. The boba was on the chewier, softer side. Unlike Lollicup's boba (Diamond Jamboree location) or Tastea, their boba was quite mushy and tender, and didn't seem to acquire any sweetness or taste whatsoever. Although it wasn't the best boba I still think it's do-able. If you're one to go for more of the chewier types of boba, go for this place! Unless you're like me and prefer boba with a sort of hardness to your pearls, I'd recommend driving a bit further to Tebo Tebo and buying some of their boba drinks. The staff was fairly polite, although I can't say much because there were only a few people actually working; two to be exact. I was helped by a girl who was quite nice, helping me pick out my drink. I'm not sure if this place usually gets busy or crowded during the weekdays, but I'm sure that when it does get hectic it must be a hassle to wait around for your drink considering the lack of employees. The store itself is a small, hole-in-the-wall sort of place, and inside the walls are littered in writing and drawings of all sorts. I was a bit surprised that I was not asked what size I wanted my drink, I'm not sure if they only have one size or what but the sizing is alright. I received a "large" drink, equivalent to the size of a large at Lollicup and most other boba places. it was around $4.20, and I got a good quantity of boba which made me quite happy! Overall I would recommend checking this place out if you're in the area.

Looking for a good boba shop near Fountain Valley/Huntington? Look no further, this place is great! I ordered the "Choco Mojo Frappe" with added boba and I was very pleased. First of all, the thing was HUGE... I could barely drink it all! It could have been a little more thick, but it was much much bigger and better than the Starbucks tiny little "double chocolate chip frappe" that is around the same cost. Oh, and also make sure you show the cashier that you have checked-in to Craved on yelp so that you can get 20% off on your whole order.

We usually order jasmine tea and purple haze smoothie. The drinks are a little inconsistent - sometimes overly sweet, other times they are perfectly sweetened and very refreshing. Customer service is average. Location and hours are convenient and prices are good for a large drink.

I've been to Craved Tea House for about a month now, and am always dragging my significant other, sister in law, and cousin in law with me (whatever drink place I go, they go! :P) I love that it is not overcrowded with ABGs and ABBs like many of the other drink places because my significant other is willing to go in alone sometimes to grab a drink! He's quite fussy with all the other places since there's too many ABGs/Bs. Now on to the drinks! All drinks come in one size...LARGE. Yeup, I said it, LARGE! Every drink on the menu I tried so far is delicious so when they come in that large cup I am always happy that I don't have to take sip by sip to savor it! Also, don't be afraid to try something new, or make your own creations! The owner here is extremely sweet and down to earth, and is always willing to make random drinks for me when I ask. He even went the extra mile and added my creation drink to his secret menu, called "Emmy's Special"--peach black tea with lychee black tea. I have to say, he does know how to make a girl feel special! I go here so much...every day...sometimes twice in a day..that sometimes I feel somewhat embarrassed for coming in.. but that's not gonna stop me from getting my craved fix on! But in all seriousness, whether you are a boy or girl, man or woman, come here to get your drink fix!

I'm a huge Yelper...I totally thought all of these 5 star ratings were fake...but I guess it wasn't after I tried it LOL Their drinks are like crack...it makes you want more when there's no drink in your hand. I'm a huge fan of Tastea, 7 leaves and Tapex bc of their boba and flavors vs drinks that are all syrup Their Jasmine Milk Tea aka Jasmine Kiss is freaken DELICIOUS! Their Jasmine Tea is aromatic. It is so refreshing, their milk to tea ratio is PERFECT, it's not like drinking a cup of milk at most places. Their boba is consistent. I definitely agree. It is always soft, chewy and not too sweet. PassionLuv Tea- it wasn't too sweet, a hint of citrus. Add Lychee Jelly...you're set! Boba...you're definitely addicted. It's sad to see that it's slow. But I am sure it will be more crowded. I am sure they will be doing better than Par Tea On

Great place to sip on some tea and get some work done or grab a refreshing beverage after a run since it's across from Mile Square park. It's small so it's pretty intimate The staff is friendly I'm a big fan of the Teaquila The only thing thing that could possibly make it better is some food

A review based on two visits - not enough to judge all the drinks, but I got a good feel for the service and atmosphere. First off, the drinks I've tried (both milk teas) were underwhelming. The descriptions sounded like great combinations of ingredients, but turned out to be either too sweet or just awkward tasting. My peers tried most of their fruit-mixed green teas and found a couple of them to have poor aftertastes or hVe hints of unexpected bitterness. The cashiers were helpful in clarifying menu items, but appeared annoyed both times when we couldn't come to conclusions (despite there being nobody behind us on both visits). The interior is cramped but has more-than-expected seating and plenty of tables outside. While trying to play Scabble, the workers brought out a table from their closet - nice. Maybe with a couple of more visits, I can find a drink I do enjoy, but I doubt I'd go out of the way to get my boba fix from Craved.

Ample parking, but located on the corner. The first thing that I noticed about this tea house is the service. I was instantly greeted and felt very welcomed. I came here with a friend and we were recommended to get the "Yolo". It was a caramel milk tea with egg pudding. The boba was softer than other places, I didn't mind but others might not enjoy that. Must say that it was one of the best drinks I've had in awhile. The drink was 4/5. Service is 5/5.

I LOVEEE jasmine milk tea with sea salt foam and this is my to go place for that. Many other places in OC have disappointed me with this drink but not Craved. I usually don't write review for boba places in OC but I just want to support Craved so they keep their cool business and their tasty drinks. I also tried yolo and that was good as well. But I really recommend their Jasmine's Kiss or anything with sea foam :)

Went here before class hoping to fulfill my boba craving. I ordered YOLO since the cashier said it was the most popular drink on the menu. As the girl went to go make my drink... she was telling the guy in the back that the boba tasted funny right in front of me... Thanks for letting me know after I ordered the drink. -__- Since I have never been there, I couldn't really tell if the boba did taste funny or not. It wasn't the best nor was it the worst. It was very chewy and subtly sweet just like any other boba. The drink came out to be a runny and somewhat bland in my opinion. To sum up my overall experience... I wouldn't come back!

My friend and I got 2 YOLOs for ourselves and a dango mango (or whatever it's called) and a strawberry green tea for our family members. I really liked the YOLO overall. It's a delicious drink, especially if you're someone who has a sweet tooth like me. I've never thought about putting caramel in a boba drink before, but it worked well! But most importantly is the PUDDING! It was absolutely delicious in the YOLO and complemented the drink's flavors perfectly. My only complaint is that the boba was completely plain and flavorless. If the boba was more flavorful (and maybe a bit less tough to chew) I'd give this place a perfect 5 star. I tried some of the dango mango and it was delicious. It tasted very...mango-y! I didn't get to try the strawberry green tea that I got for my little brother, but he really liked it, so there ya go. Overall, great tasting drinks, but the boba could use improvement. Prices were decent though and drinks were huge! The place also has pretty comfy looking seats and boardgames. Recommended!

Readers Digest Version of a Review Taste of Drinks = Terrible. The milk tea doesn't taste like milk tea, it tastes like an artificial drink made to taste like milk tea. Freshness of Drinks/Customization = This place has the drinks premade in large beverage dispensers. First off... god knows how low long its been sitting out, so eww. Second that means that you can't get a drink less sweet. Third they should at least hide the dispensers, it isn't flattering or appetizing to know that your drinks been just chilling out. Service = 4 people just hanging out it seems. No smiles, no thank yous, no service of any type except taking my money, pouring a premade drink, and handing it to me. Pricing = I don't like that you have to pay 4.50 for a drink. Many places are starting to offer mini sizes... and at this place you're forced to get a what I consider a large drink. Ambiance = Loud, cramped, tries too hard to be hip Summary: I'm more about quality than quantity. Also I can overlook bad service if the drinks are good. Or give an extra star if their service is stellar and the drinks suck... but this place doesn't have any positive factors.

Love their milk tea here!! Other places like tastea, literally tastes like flavored water instead of tea. It isn't made with sweetener, therefore you can customize. Boba is okay, soft for the most part. For sure has high caffeine content because I couldn't sleep the other night.

I feel bad because this place is awesome yet it always looks empty when I stop by. Drinks: 5/5 - there's a boba store every block in OC but craves boba is always consistent. Soft and chewy and slightly sweet to give it great flavor. The YOLO is my favorite milk tea drink anywhere (including half and half and teastation). It's milk tea with shaved ice mixture, caramel, and egg pudding. Their AVOCADO smoothie is also delicious with lots of avocado flavor. I love that their cups are also slightly larger than the norm. Service: 5/5 - the cashier/drink makers are super friendly and always make conversation. Decor: 4/5 - soft sofas and chairs makes it really inviting. Music is a little loud and it's a little too empty to make the ambiance better. I hope they get busy cause I want this place to do well. Way better then tastea and tebo tebo.

My other half might give this place more stars, but she's not the one writing the reviews. We came here after dinner because she wanted boba and this was the closest place. First off, this place is small. As in tiny. As in I used two cubicles at work to start up a boba shop. There's nothing wrong with small when the place is empty, and I don't have a frame of reference to judge what it's like when it's busy. Just as a word of warning, if you come in and there are 5 other people there it will be considered packed. The staff were nice enough, I don't have any direct complaints. Could they have been nicer? Probably, but that isn't necessary for me. I don't need to feel like I'm in Stepford when I'm stopping in for a minute to get milk tea. Prices? It's a boba shop, the prices seemed average for that style of business (if you've never gotten boba before, it's usually $2-3 for a normal milk tea and then closer to $4-5 for a fancier drink). The drinks were good. My fiancee got the Yolo (YOLO? yolo? youghlough?) which is milk tea with caramel and egg pudding. I don't care much for egg pudding in my drinks (it takes up precious drink space) but the flavor was nice. I got...what was it called...the Chocolate-choco or something? Milk tea with chocolate whipped cream and sauce. It was good, it actually reminded me of the flavor of milkshakes I used to make at home (which really only applies to my own personal circumstances, so is entirely irrelevant to this review why are you still reading this side note?). Why 3 stars? Because they're just average. I can go to 3 or 4 other places closer to home and get the same quality drinks. If you live near here though it's probably good for you.

I love the Jasmine's Kiss with their Sea Salt Foam. I usually ask for extra and they're always so generous. I also like Sunrise Peach and the Watermelon Collision is so refreshing. The drinks are pretty good for the price and I used the 20% off discount so it was even better. I'll be telling my friends about this place. Lovelovelove

There isn't too many boba places in Fountain Valley so I couldn't wait for Craved Tea House to be open. When it comes to tea houses, I look for 3 things: energy / vibe from staff, free wifi with a good place to do work and accept cards. Craved meets all my criteria. The staffs are very pleasant and helpful. Good place to get work done and they accept credit cards!! And yes - the drink selections and the quality are great too! So that's always a bonus! :). I will be returning here a lot in the months to come!

Great place for boba! Also, really good prices - $4 for a 24-ounce drink (fruit drink + boba). I'm not sure if they have nay other choices for size, I think 24-ounce is the only option. They have several boba / add-in options and also offer traditional milk tea, and hot beverages. I got the passionfruit drink as I prefer fruit-based drinks

I've been here twice now within 2 days. I've tried the dango mango and jasmine's kiss. They're both good & taste fresh. The dango mango tastes like the actual fruit mango, which I really like because I usually don't like mango flavored drinks at other places. Only 2 people were working, 1 taking orders & 1 making the drinks but it's a small place so 2 people is not bad. Since they are small and it doesn't get too crowded, they take their time making the drinks. I didn't expect much so it really exceeded my expectations. This place is a must try. For just a jasmine tea, it tasted exceptional! Definitely not the average, my #1 for jasmine milk tea.

I came here on a Sunday evening in Jan 2013, the place was not crowded (about 5 people sitting around). The place is pretty small. You can't really bring a big party here if you are looking for a lot of room to chill with your friends. The drink was okay. A comparable standard to my expectation of a good boba drink. I wouldn't say I would go out of my way or stand in a long line for the drink here but I would definitely stop by if I'm in the area or crave for a tea drink. So why a 5 stars rating? I was really impressed with their customer service. I was there for 2 hours studying but I ordered just one drink. The girl working at the time noticed that I finished my drink and brought me water without me asking for it. This really exceeds expectation if you compare this service to many Vietnamese restaurant (it's true, not joking). One last thing, this place is a great place to study because it is not crowded but they may have the TV's sound turned on a little too loud but they're willing to turn in down upon request. Again, awesome service.

I went here because my roommate is on a Boba kick and we tried the ever popular YOLO Milk tea with boba. I thought the flavor was good but it was too chunky for me. I wouldn't order it again just because I didn't love it. I also tried (on another occasion) the jasmine milk tea. That one was too jasminey for me. I would have preferred it to have a slightly lighter jasmine flavor. The thai milk tea with boba is good though. And it's close to my house so I'd go again.

  • Huyen N.

I was super excited to try the Yolo which is milk tea with caramel sauce, egg pudding, and boba. I think that the drink is way too sweet and more tea is needed. I think if you're going to add caramel sauce, the milk tea need to be less sweet and more tea because I definitely did not taste any tea and only caramel. The egg pudding is more of a flan than egg pudding. I actually already ask for it to be less sweet and with no caramel sauce yet the caramel is still taking over the whole drink and it was still very sweet. Overall, It was a very dense dessert almost like a flan with boba in a cup.

The drinks here are DELICIOUS. I've had two drinks from here- the YOLO and the Dango Mango. The pudding in the YOLO was divine. It was SOOO gooooood. The Dango Mango actually tasted like mango and they blended it really well (none of those annoying ice chunks!). The reason why I give it 4 stars though is that their actual boba sucked. :( Most boba places have honey boba or some kind of flavored boba but this place doesn't. It's just plain boba. No taste, just texture. The texture itself was fine, I just wish that they had tastier boba! I recommend getting their drinks without boba

Workers were nice and friendly. Drinks were just average to me. Serenitea was the best drink I've tried there so far. The place is kind of small, but its not tooooo crowded so if you needed a place to study, this could be one of your options.

One of my favorite places to get milk tea near home. We normally get the yolo drink, but I recently tried the watermelon lychee tea on a whim and it was really good. They actually use real watermelon bits for this drink with lychee jelly, which is a nice surprise. The service is always friendly here and they make their drinks fast. Not too sure if I'd stay to sip my drink because the seating and layout is just awkwardly placed. When they first opened, it was actually a spacious seating area, but they decided to block off most of their business establish with a huge storage room right in the front of the shop. Makes no sense, but at least their drinks are decent.

I've had the Yolo, Peaches and Cream, and the chocolate milk tea drinks. Out of the three drinks, I liked Yolo the most because the mix of caramel, tea, and pudding was delicious. The peaches and cream drink was unique, but I think that it would have been better if the tea flavor was stronger. The chocolate milk tea drink is great for choco fans! I usually don't get extra add-ons with my drinks because I prefer to taste the drink by itself. Overall, I would definitely come back to try other teas and smoothes on the menu. Service is good; the workers are nice. The interior is small because of the tagged wall. My friend mentioned that the place should probably cover-up the storage area because you could see all of the supplies from the outside/before you walk into the store. As for the menu's prices, they're pretty reasonable because the drinks are served in large cups. There's a friend/family discount!

YOLO was way too sweet! I could only drink a little bit and threw the rest away. The pudding had a weird texture that I wasn't used to. Boba was good though: soft and chewy. My friend ordered a simple honey green tea and that too was pretty sweet. Next time I'll ask them to lessen the sweetness on anything I order. Other than that, employees were pretty friendly and helpful. I'll be back to try some other drinks.

Milk tea sucks here, terrible, for those who said it's one of the best, you must have really bad taste. Taste like milk water, I couldnt even finish my drink, threw that shit away. Pre-made drinks in containers that you see at Alertos or other mexican food joints that have the "horchata" drinks that fountain inside rotating the drink from within. Seating sucks, so don't plan to hang out there. Never going back.

**This review is only for the Red Beanie** First off, I'm not a huge fan for boba drinks, with that being said, when I do set foot into a boba store to order something.. I do expect it to be good. I came where with a girlfriend after dinner, since we want to check out this new boba joint (she's huge boba fan). We both ended up getting the Red Beanie. Since, I read some yelpers' saying how good this drink was and the employees even recommended it to us. I know a lot of people are raving about the Yolo drink, but the thought of how much caramel they put into that thing scares me... The Red Beanie was just alright, nothing too special and not much stood out from it either. And, we also added egg pudding to our drink. I was hoping that it was just as yummy as Half & Half's drink or something, so I don't have to drive far for my random drink cravings, that's if I have any at all (it's rare) Once again this review is only for the red beanie, I can't vouch for any of their other drinks.

This is and has been the top best boba places in Orange County for me since it opened. The menu is simple and the quality is great! I love jasmine milk tea and I've probably have had it at every boba place. Craved has the best jasmine milk tea by far. You can really taste the tea and not just the milk. I always get the Cloud and Mistea, Green Bliss and the jasmine tea. Lastly, the service is always great! :)

They actually allow you to taste test some of their drinks prior to you ordering! (The custom ones are the exception). Secret menu drink: Milk tea with Jasmine milk tea. It get's the "MMmmMm happy face from my fiance!"

I recently went here the other day on a Sunday afternoon. It was empty and the whole display and set up of the store was just weird IMO. The parking spot was by an door but it had a "use the other door sign" which is around the corner. It makes no sense to me, but whatever. Both doors lead you into the same spot. The tea itself was alright. I had the one with lychee and watermelon in it. Not bad for 2.99. If I'm at Mile Square Park I might stop by. Overall not bad, but not out of the world amazing.

I love this place so much!!! They have such fast service. By the time you finish putting away your change the drink is already ready! The workers are so kind and friendly. I tend to see the girl with the really long black hair and she such a fast and friendly worker. She recommended me the drink JASMINE KISS with grass jelly which is my all time favorite drink now!!!

I absolutely LOVE this place! There is not a single drink that doesn't taste amazing! My favorite is the Cloud & mystea, with lychee jelly, & unsweetened tea. I crave their drinks! Go check it out! (Will take pics to add to post next time I go). GO NOW! :)

I'd have to say this is my new favorite tea house! I fell in love after I had the summer breeze. It's the only place I've had that has real crushed up water melon chunks. Literally soo refreshing :-). If its too sweet ask for less sugar, I do.

  • Diana D.

I came here with a friend today and was recommended the Jasmine's Kiss milk tea with sea salt and boba. I am a huge fan of jasmine milk tea- it's my staple comparison drink- and the one at Craved is not bad at all. Boba texture is perfect. The main difference between this drink and other local boba places is the jasmine flavor. It's very strong here, so if you like that, you'll like this place. The drink was a little sweet for my taste so I would get it at 70% sugar. My friend got the Yolo per Yelp recommendation. The caramel makes it unavoidably sweeeet but he got that at 50% and I thought it was perfect.

So, I still like the convenience if this place and the drinks are still good, just not the best, hence one star down. :) and I have to say, they are very fast at sending out the drinks after order. And I really have to commend their customer service, it is so great! Probably one of the best service I have ever experienced! I love the staff, so nice.

I always get the same drinks here, the Avocado Junkie and Jasmine Kiss. My favorite tea place is 7 Leaves. I guess I would say that Craved is my 2nd go-to tea place. I didn't like how they had their straws opened in a jar but now they have wrapped straws. Way more sanitary, I gave them kudos for that change. I don't like super sweet drinks and by looking at their menu it seems on sweeter side. I might try some other drinks some day. This place is way better than Fusion. Fusion sucks in my opinion.

One can't really give a bad rating for a tea house, except when their customer service is horrible. Earlier tonight, I wanted to split my boba into two drinks because my gf and I don't want too much bobas and the little Asian guy said "uhh we can't do that." Really?!? So I said, this is how you do it - "you take a scoop of bobas and put half of that in my drink and the other half in my gf's drink." And he still insisted that they can't do that. It's not complicated but the guy looked confused. This is not my first request for such at this place but this is the first time that they would not do it for us. I said okay, we will take our business elsewhere and they didn't say a word to us and so we left. As we left, I saw the Asian girl behind the counter laughed. Really?!? So rude. If I were the manager there, I'd fire her on the spot. Who would deny a customer's simple request and lose business like that? A business with untrained staff. I was going to ask for the bobas on the side so I can split them myself but I didn't want to deal with ignorance. I really like the owner there but he needs to train his staff. We walked out of there in disbelief. So we went to Tastea instead. Same request and no problem at Tastea! We walked out of Tastea happy and refreshed, like always! Looks like we will not be coming back to Craved Tea House for a very very long time, if not at all. You can't go wrong with tea houses, but what keeps us coming back is the great customer service, and apparently tonight Craved Tea House failed.

got the green bliss with boba. green bliss is basically a pandan and lychee milk tea :O the pandan and lychee flavors definitely stand out in this drink. the taste is not bland or diluted. doesnt really seem like a milk tea though, nor can you really taste the tea. boba is not honey boba, but it comes warm in the drink, which is pretty good they have really interesting drinks and i would like to come back someday to try other flavors. not exactly sure how the place is like because i did not go there myself to get the drink.

delicious drinks and awesome service. came with a friend to catch up last night. Dark Force (coffee & milk tea) was recommended to me b/c i wanted a coffee drink, and it was really good with boba. my friend had the Cloud Mistea (which i assume she really liked b/c she finished it all). we sat and talked for hours (and felt bad) but the guy closing up was super nice and friendly and made us feel welcome. will definitely come here more when in the area!

I've kind of given up on boba/pearl tea places but Craved is my new go-to spot. I don't like powdered or overly sweet drinks so when i read a few reviews about how full of "real tea flavor" this place was, I was willing to give it a shot and it did not disappoint. The drink sizes are on the larger side and much cheaper than most other places I've tried. The staff are really friendly and accommodating and it has a fun vibe going on (they have a jar of sharpies for you to mark up the walls). I went for the once oolong time and really liked it, plus the amount was more than enough- I don't think I could finish it! My gal got cloud & mistea and it was delish- I'd get that next time. Basically- this place has great drinks so come through!

Craved Tea House is definitely the place to be. The atmosphere is very friendly and soothing. Both the staff members and owners are very welcoming. Too bad there isn't many boba places in Fountain Valley, but to have Craved that opens late is definitely a major plus! After being to numerous boba shops and teahouses, I can certainly say Craved has its own uniqueness to their drinks. Their drinks are not overly sweet like most other places. Their smoothies are made out of fresh ingredients and their shaking teas bring out a certain distinction to their flavor. I had the chance to try their most popular drinks, the Yolo and Passion Luv. The Yolo is probably the closest thing to Meow Meow and Half and Half in Orange County. It is a light milk tea with a soft egg pudding that has caramel drizzle all over it. This drink is definitely my favorite at Craved. The Passion Luv was also surprisingly good. The flavor of the passion fruit wasn't overly strong enough to remove the aroma of the tea. Most teahouses have the tendencies to put too much syrup in their tea that causes the elimination of the tea flavor. I like to have my tea strong and not overly flavored with syrup. The Passion Luv was just right. I was able to enjoy the flavor of the passion fruit and yet still enjoy the green tea itself. Overall their drinks are something to be excited about. I would surely return to this place. The location is convenient and the prices are just right. Great atmosphere and great customer service. A big YES to Craved Tea House.

I love love love the service of this place. THey are very customer oriented and friendly, they will fix your drinks to your liking. They accept all kind of cards as well and also there are no sizes here, a LARGE is their regular. It is a new business and they're stil adapting and learning and so far so good. There is wifi to study and they also have outdoor seating, I usually come here on the weekends to get my boba fix and study grind. I love their milk teas, their mix teas. I also heard that their avocados are great! check it out and try it for yourselves. I'll continue to come back for the quality service and drinks.

I dig the drinks here. I've had several drinks from all 3 columns of their menu: Flavored Shaken Teas, Milk Teas, and Fresh Blends. I can't give them 5 stars because the quality of the boba is inconsistent, ranging from bad to decent. I've never had amazing boba here, the texture is always off. I'll continue to visit Craved Tea house because I enjoy the teas, but other members of my family are drive further distances for better boba.

It's been awhile since I was here and it sure changed a lot. There is this gigantic room in the middle of the store. It looks ugly. I think it would have been better if they just painted a bright color instead of letting people write random ugly letters on it. It just looks a mess. Drinks are pretty good. I like the yolo but its a bit too sweet for me. I haven't tried their other drinks yet, and will try it some other time.

This place is good :) I live in HB and am so tired of having to drive all the way to tastea for some damn tea. So based on the reviews/the closeness of this location, my hubby & I headed out. He got one of the fruity drinks and I got some kind of chocolate milk tea type thing. Both were delicious and really fresh, didn't taste too syrupy. Also, it wasn't as packed or overly loud..but that maybe cuz it's new/ it was raining at night on a weeknight. Anyhow, I wish they had a little more items on their menu but for a quick tea place, it's good, and I Love how it's one size...the big size so I don't feel like a fatty getting it :)

I am craving this right now. My first time here, I ordered the regular milk tea and my boyfriend got the whitey thai tea. It was really good, the milk tea had a distinct taste of that tea flavor. It was 2.50 for my drink and 3.50 for the whitey thai tea. Everything seems pretty simple and organized and they only sell drinks. However, I wished they had some sort of snack like popcorn chicken or calamari to add to these delicious drinks. I'm not quite sure, but i saw a sign that said you could refill your milk tea for a couple bucks within an hour or two.

I ordered one of their cranberry-green tea. It's super light & refreshing. I also love it how you can actually taste the tea compared to other watered-down tea places. It's highly-caffeinated, since it's really strong. Also it's not too sugary-sweet.

Rucky for us lotsa viet places don't really observe fourth of july, opening and closing as if it were just another day. Toward the end of the night, needing a third wind in order to get thru Despicable Me (am i the only one who doesn't like that film), we all piled into the car for this. I ordered the taro smoothie w/egg pudding and at first I liked it but then it started to get watery kinda fast and so I had them remake it but it essentially was the same slush. For the time being no other taro smoothie holds a candle to brodard's, relatively chunky almost to the point of filling. Will be back to try a diff one but 3 stars for now for yummy egg pudding and staff's accommodating demeanor.

Love this place! It's a pretty small tea house located right across from the recreational park at fountain valley. Unlike all the other tea house in the area, I love how small and simple this place is. It doesn't ever get too crowded (well at least at times I go there), their menu is not over the top and super complex like the other tea houses out there, and the service is always great! I always go for the YOLO and my hubby loves the mighty mango. And the price for the size of their drinks is unbeatable! They all come in the same size and they are big! They are basically a large size at other boba places. Me and my hubby go here at least twice a week and I always keep my stamp card with me, that way by the end of the week, I get a free drink lol! They also added finger foods on their menu. I tried the garlic parmesan fries the other day and it was really good! And a really good portion size too! I brought my sister here the other day and she is officially hooked on YOLO haha. And the girls here are nice and friendly. This is officially my favorite tea house.

This place is actually pretty good! I believe it deserves a lot more praise, but I think not a lot of people are coming here because before there was another boba place here that gave it bad rep. (In my opinion I thought it was decent) But Craved Tea House is actually pretty good! $3.50 for a Regular which is the same size as the biggest at Tastea which is approx. $5? I say that is pretty damn good! Give it a try! It deserves a lot more attention!

Just moved to the area and made my tour of the local milk tea places. To my surprise, I found Craved to be my favorite spot. I'm a boring guy and I usually just get the house milk tea, and I can say that they have the best regular/house/black milk tea in the area. It has that balance of milk, sweetness, and tea that my favorite place in San Jose (Fantasia) has. I recommend trying just a plain milk tea with only boba one time to see how it tastes. The pudding and caramel in the yolo can overpower the tea flavor.

being the boba addict i am, i had to finally try this place on my way home after hearing all the rave ! the worker there was nice. i just wish he was a little bit more responsive when i entered into the shop. there was no greeting or anything. maybe the reviews on yelp overhyped the service. they only have ONE size.. really good pricing for the size but .. it'd be nice if there was a smaller size because i can't always finish a big cup like that.. yolo milk tea - OH MAN ! it was SWEEEEET.. if you like sweet and dessert-type drinks than this drink would be good for you, but personally i just didn't like all the caramel. the milk tea itself was pretty good. the boba is a great texture. the egg pudding (which is actually flan !!) is really good, i like it because its really different than your typical egg pudding custard. summer breeze - it was pretty good, the watermelon flavor wasn't too strong, it was the right amount. HOWEVER, the tea was a little bitter and i don't think the guy who made my drink drained out the syrup from the lychee jelly because i could see the lychee syrup floating around in the bottom of the cup which made the drink sweeter than i could tell that it should be .. overall, the drinks were good. they don't put a lot of ice in which means they aren't stingy with their drinks but my drink is warm now .. i would say that it's a go back; however, i just know now that i should ask for things less sweet there. it's unique and it's nice because it's a good boba place that's not in the bolsa area, but it's nothing THAT special and i definitely would have to have a little bit of a better experience to want to change this to five stars.

Craved Tea and staff are the best in town! They will custom make your drink if you want it less sweet or want something not on their menu. The vibe in this place is relaxed and unpretentious. Drink card gives you a free drink after 10 punches. I like this place more than Tea Party Lounge because its way too bright over there.

I was expecting too much out of this place. I came in for the first time a couple of weeks ago with the expectation that it would be clean and have a friendly environment. Wrong. The girl taking my order wasn't mean, but definitely wasn't friendly at the same time. I ordered a tea and left right away before taking a sip of my drink. The tea was VERY bland, and had an odd texture to it. On top of that, I found pieces of PLASTIC in my drink, really? Never again am I wasting my money here.

Came here because i keep seeing this place every time i need go on the 405 and wanted a new boba place to try Food: i don't really remember much about the food here and by food i mean drinks cause from the look of the menu it just looks like they serve only drinks here. majority if not all of their drinks are really tea-y. and by that i mean some of the drinks you can actually taste the tea in them. i myself tried one tea and their house special milk tea. cause you can never go wrong with milk tea. i will say that their milk tea is rather delicious. it has some caramel sauce around the cup, their own made milk tea served with their own made egg pudding. and i would like to add that their egg pudding is good too but don't take my word for it. The other drink that i got was some kind of tea. i totally forgot the name of it but i like it not as much as the milk tea but i did enjoy it. it was rather refreshing. my friend got the tea that tasted like a lemonade but omg was it bitter. i didn't enjoy that one bit. to me personally i was rather hard to drink because of the bitterness. Everything here comes in one size and one size only. to me it seemed like a large and the price that we payed for is fair. i mean for what you are getting the pricing was just right. Oh i would like to say that you can also get a refill of your milk teas here too. they cost around a dollar something but for a refill that's a good deal Service: i would like to say that the service here is pretty darn good. i mean you order and they bring the drink to you. they are super friendly, will answer most questions you ask. they don't rush you or anything so that's a plus Location: the location was OK. i mean nothing was wrong with where it was at. i cant really say much besides the fact the interior was rather small. i mean they have these like sofa chair and that takes up most of the space. other than that everything was fine.

I stopped by for the first time after that lame, cranky, unemotional previous owner of "par tea on" was there. I tried the picasso tea and liked it! The vibe is mellow and I like how there werent too many people there...yet haha. Def will spread the word out about this place since there are hardly any boba places in FV to get your fix on. I hope they stay in business.

Finally, an actual boba shop that replaced Par Tea On. The owner of the previous store is NOT the owner of Craved. Completely different owners which explains why Craved is a lot better. Personally the YOLO is my favorite and they don't seem to mind that I always ask for extra pudding. Five stars for great drinks and friendly workers!

with the sudden surge in boba shops i thought id visit this one since its so close to where i live. So i ordered the most popular drink on the menu in addition to a almond milk tea and i was very dissatisfied with the quality and taste of the drink. They were very bland and had very odd tastes. the only thing going for the drinks are probably the names. id recommended going to the more established ones like tastea, teazone or 7leaves.

Legit teas, I love their flavors. The Cloud&Mistea is delish!!! As I am sure all of their flavors are and I have yet to find out, but SOON enough. I could almost say its my favorite tea spot in Orange County. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars is because the last time I went they filled my bf's tea with like half soggy gooey boba. It was overkill and kinda gross actually. I always opt for the lychee jelly in my teas now, which can never go wrong. But anytime I get tea from here I am super happy. So I recommend this sweet little spot and definitely will be a consistent customer here!

Tea House with Wifi! They have a full menu typical of tea houses. The Strawberry Green Tea is very good. Not too sweet and the green tea was nice and strong. The pudding was mushy and not so good. They offer a nice and refreshing drink. They also have several choices for milk teas and they have wifi with a few tables and seating. Customer service gets five stars. They told me if I did not like my drinks, they would make me different ones without any issues. Overall, AOK.

Had read good reviews about this place, so decided to give it a try with a buddy. We walk in and the place is empty. Go up to the counter to place our order, pay then go to have a seat. Another guy walks in, places his order and walks out with 5 drinks. Puzzled, as to why he got his drinks before we did, I inquire about our drinks and they say, "you ordered drinks?" My jaw just dropped in dismay. And then I laughed hysterically with my buddy. If they were busy, then cool, but we were the only ones!!!!! Ugh.

Pretty good place to grab some bubble tea & boba. Sometimes it seems though they don't drain the boba enough so there's a bit of a weird taste when i drink my boba? but it's only happened a couple times. Drinks are reasonably priced, boba is soft, not hard. Fast and polite service too. One of my many favorite boba places

Came here for drinks with my friend who said he heard lots of good things about this place. The store design is a little awkward/cramped but we still were able to sit outside where there were plenty of tables and talk for a couple hours. It was a bit awkward trying to read the menu and just having the worker stand in front of us staring for a couple minutes. Plus he was kind of blocking the words. I got the jasmine milk tea with sea salt. I couldn't taste the sea salt at all which was disappointing but the drink was still alright. My friend got the cloud and mistea and he loved it. Tried it and I have to admit it was very refreshing and fruity. I also liked how they honored the check in deal. In fact they were actually very enthusiastic that we check in for the deal, much nicer than the usual judgmental attitude I get from other Asian businesses when I'm trying to save money. All in all I'd come back to support this little shop again.

I love the jasmine tea and sea salt foam is good. Service pretty on top of it. Been here a times and order the same thing and it turns out pretty well. Atmosphere is really for young college crowd so in case you want a place more like a coffee shop feel I don't recommend for studying or quiet place!

I come here whenever I crave milk tea. The best! I always get the same thing, Jasmine Kiss, no sea cream, no boba. Sometimes I will get boba and to me it's just alright. I am very picky when it comes to the texture. Check in on Facebook, yelp, or like them on Instagram and get 20%off your total!

Boba!!! We loved Craved Tea House. My son always gets the Straw - bana and my fav is the Thai Iced Tea. Our rewards card is almost full and we get a free one...yay!

So I've been on a boba craving frenzy lately... going to Tastea all the time... but then I decided to brave it out and try a new place, thanks Yelp! Location: Corner of Heil and Brookhurst. Parking is tight, but you're able to find a spot in the plaza if you don't mind walking a bit. The place is cozy and small with comfortable chairs and tables to sit and chat with friends. Drinks: Taro Fantasy $3.50, Thai Tea Slush $3.50, Choco Mojo $3.50, Cloud and Mistea $2.95, and YOLO $3.50. Prices do not include boba, which is an extra 50 cents. yelp.com/biz_photos/crav… . The verdict: I would come back for their milk tea with pudding & boba BUT without the caramel. I would also recommend the Cloud and Mistea if you enjoy sweet teas and thai tea slush if you enjoy thai tea like I do. Service: Fast and friendly. Stamp card is given automatically! 5 drinks so far, 5 more to go until a drink gets comp'd! You've got a returning customer :)

Craved tea house....is just alright to me. I wanted to try the .. "y o l o" drink, cause I heard its a caramel flan drink. Now i had my first caramel drink at Cafe Mumuni, and it was really good. Super sweet, just how I like my drinks. Craved's drink was just alright for me. Less sweet, flan was good, but its just alright for me. Pro is that all the drinks are large size. $3.50 for a large drink is good.

Every time I go to the beach, I'm always craving tea. I was in such a hurry to get my hands on some that I forgot my shoes at the beach. -___- #HowDoesThatEvenHappen. But was able to find this joint via Yelp-- DRINKS: I ordered the Tropical Strawberry (green tea with strawberry), and to be honest-- nothing special per se. It was just pureed strawberries with green tea. But it wasn't terrible and it didn't have a lot of sugar in it. Which is a good thing. :) Just very average. Two drinks came out to be about $8.00 but you get 20% if you check-in on Yelp! SERVICE/ATMOSPHERE: They have this Boiling Crab "Write on the Walls" thing going on, not sure if it's suitable because it just made the walls look dirty because essentially everybody is just scribbling shit all over the place. But I suppose it's a fun idea. Not much seating though, a small table and a backless couch. The servers were plenty friendly when we asked what was popular since it was our first time here.

Was driving by so decided to stop by. Place is on the corner of Brookhurst and Heil in the small plaza. Right on the corner so it wasn't hard to find. It was pretty small when we walked inside and they don't have the largest selection of drinks. What we got: YOLO ($3.50): milk tea with caramel, pudding and boba. My first time ever having it with milk tea because I usually have it with iced milk. It was good, but I'd rather have it with iced milk. They weren't skimpy on the caramel, pudding, or boba. Pudding was too clumpy so make sure you mix it well and try to break the pudding into small pieces or else you'll just end up with a big chunk of pudding in the end. Peaches & Cream ($3.50): milk tea with peach bits? BF wanted to try something new and different. Not one of is better choices. The peaches gave it a weird taste. One sip and I was over it. BF wouldn't get it again either. Service: Could have been better. The workers just looked at us and asked us what we wanted and then went back to talking to each other while making our drinks.

Absolutely five star Boba!! The almond milk tea made me cry it was soooo good!! Nice staff!!

Cloud mistea - green tea with guava, mango, and lychee. Comes with lychee jelly. Loved the flavors but it was overwhelmingly packed with sugar.. Teaquila: green tea with lemon and lime plus an add-on of aloe vera. Definitely would've been better if it wasn't so sweet :(. Didn't really taste the sourness that I love from lime. Both times that I came here the workers were super friendly and welcomingg. I'll be back, but I'll make sure to ask for my drinks to be less sweet! Note: There's only one size (large). Perfect for me since I only get large anyways :P. Prices are average; about $7-$8 for two drinks.

I tried the jasmine kiss as I'm a fan of jasmine boba! The boba was soft and it tasted fresh. The jasmine tea itself was refreshing and not too sweet. I enjoyed my drink! Unfortunately I don't live in SoCal or I would definitely convert this to my new boba spot!

I tried the YOLO, it was actually pretty pleasant. The place is too small for a hangout, would come back for their YOLO drink but since I don't have a sweet tooth and not excited for desserts all the time I can't rate this place higher.

I've heard mixed reviews from this place, so I had to try it out for myself. I'm glad I did!... and have come here a few times after running Mile-Square Park. ----The Drinks---- Cranberry Cooler ($3.00)- A cold, green tea drink that has cranberry, fresh berries, and boba. I prefer my tea drinks to have more bitterness than sweetness and Craved Tea House accomplishes that. These days, I fear super sweet drinks will give me diabetes, so I refrain when I can...but Craved makes it taste right, so get some! Summer Breeze ($3.00)- My preferred drink here! Very similar to Cranberry Cooler in the bittersweet, cold green tea department, but instead of cranberry, this drink has watermelon and lychee jelly. A very delicious drink that is legit after a four mile run. I do suggest you to mix and shake thoroughly because the two time's I've gotten this, it gets really bitter towards the end. Still very good though! Yolo ($3.50)- When you look at the name of this drink, then at the ingredients involved, you would probably feel the Yolo will be a super- sweet drink to have, but it's actually just right. The Yolo is a replica of Meow Meow's iced milk with pudding, boba, and caramel/chocolate. It does an admirable job on the drink, but is far from replicating it. ------ Verdict: Craved definitely serves some good tasting tea's. If I'm in the Fountain Valley/mile square area, I wouldn't hesitate to slide into this spot. Love how they only have one size at an affordable price too! Extra Notes: -Accepts Credit Card -Check into Yelp or Facebook to get 20% off your order! -Ask for a stamp card--10 drinks will get you one free! -Very friendly, workers -Not a fan of the decor. The scribbling on the walls looks very messy and gives a cheap-like impression -Restroom is clean

Probably one of the better and more consistent boba shops in the area. It's kind of hidden and pretty small, but the drinks come out fast.

After a bad day looking for a firepit at the beach and failing, my friends and I were in serious need of a boba fix. We decided to check out this place. I tried the Yolo and got their parmesan garlic fries. The drink was pretty good! It was the first time I tried pudding in my milk tea, and now I can't seem to drink milk teas without it! The garlic fries were yummy and a good portion for the price. I believe you can also order it so it's spicy. My friends shared some of their chicken which was okay but I liked the fries more. The service was great and we didn't wait too long for our orders. However there were a few negatives to this place. It's definitely not a hangout place. It's super cramped and there isn't many spots to sit. The writing wall is kinda tacky. Compared to other boba shops, they don't have much variety of flavors. I'm not too sure if you can ask for a flavor to be omitted in a drink? I'll try to see about that next time. Besides that it's a nice shop and I recommend it if you want boba to-go, and have looked over their menu before you get there.

I've been here multiple times in a week. I've probably had it 6 times a week in a whole month before only because I fell completely in love with the jasmine milk tea, its much more on the tea side rather then the milk side making the drink unique compared to other boba teahouses. I was quite disappointed when I got the same drink I always got with a tiny piece of glass (sharp plastic?) In my drink. I didn't eat anything before I drank my drink, so it couldn't have been something I ate before. But overall, I still love the place. Great price and great drinks. Just hope I don't find another piece of glass or sharp plastic again!

I'm a fan of the regular milk tea and also the Summer Breeze (green tea with a splash of watermelon juice/fresh chunks + lychee jelly)...I usually order one or the other. I was feeling extra adventurous today and decided to try the YOLO. Man, it should be called ROLO....it's sooo caramelly. I liked the pudding a lot, but the boba could use some help. I was hoping this drink would resemble my beloved D4 from Purple Kow in SF....but, no such luck. See ya next time Craved Tea House, but I'll be sticking to my original fan favorites from here on out.

I've tried a couple of their drinks and the only one that seems to appeal to me is their YOLO. It's an excellent blend of pudding, caramel, and milk tea. Overall, it blends together very nicely, sweet but not too sweet that it takes away from the flavor of the tea. The taro milk tea.. well this was disappointing. Wasn't mixed together very well so it was super sweet and super watery later on. The shaken teas were mediocre. Check in with YELP to get a whopping 20% off!! WOO!

Normally come here on Wednesdays with my brother and we literally walk out two minutes later with our drinks. They are SUPER fast. The employees are always so nice and I love how they offer the stamp card! Love this place!!!

A lot of people talked smack about ParTeaOn, but I liked those owners. Who the heck adds in a huge storage area in the middle of the freaking place? You lose space for seating, you make the place heat up, and I'm sure it does not pass fire inspections! I really don't like the drinks or the crowd here. The crowd is a bit too young for my liking who don't know good boba if it landed in their mouths.

Dont Judge My GF Each night after a long day of work I would lay awake thinking about Saturday. Saturday is a special day for me because I get to finally see Sandy :) Usually all the boba places are way too crowded for us and plus they have some of the most judgmental boba-olics. Sandy doesn't like crowded places because she might get harassed and she definitely does not like places where people will star at us. Sometimes, mini-bobas(kids) would stare at us and asks me what I am doing or they would just laugh and point, or stand there in confusion, surprised and amazed at my actions. "Why?" They would think to themselves as they continue staring at us. But I dont care,I just want to spend my whole Saturday afternoon in front of Craved talking to Sandy . It doesnt bother me if people think I am crazy. Passionate and devoted would be better words. I just want to stare into Sandy's big beautiful eyes all day long. FYI, Sandy is my car : ) JDM baby!!! Halo(???) and Yolo(you only live once) were smooth. Not to sweet and not to fake, just right. garlic Fries and chicken were whatever. Judgement: great place to take your car, reversed parked it, and look at it all day long w/o being laughed at.

This is a small location at the corner of the shopping center but getting in and out is not a problem. The mistea and sea salt jasmine tea. The mistea is fruity and perfect for a hot summer day- also comes with lycée jelly. The sea salt jasmine tea was also good but I'm more of a fruity person. The portion here is very generous for what you pay for. Staff is always super friendly, patient and quick with orders. There's limited seating area so I just take it to go, as most people. You can always take it to the park that's across the street! Don't forget the punch card!

Really disappointed with the drinks and service here. It's not the worst but "meh. I've experienced better." Stopped by here instead of dealing with the cluster f parking at Tebo Tebo on a Saturday afternoon. However, after first taste, I sort of wish we had just decided to go to Tebo. My fiance got the Thai Tea and I got the Yolo with boba. The boba was soft and mushy throughout - horrible consistency and lacking in taste. The milk tea tasted watered down and was dispensed from a bulk dispenser. The egg pudding tasted ok but the consistency was also weird. Sometimes mushy and soft, sometimes too hard. No firm consistency that I'm used to for egg pudding and/or flan. The Thai tea was fine. When we walked in, the staff were distracted hanging out and talking to each other. They continued to joke around with each other while helping us and it's a bit unnerving because even if they weren't laughing at us, I wouldn't know and still felt it was a bit unprofessional. Pass.

Came here for my first time and the place was pretty small. The inside pretty dirty but doable. The drinks were good. Boba was good. Probably wouldn't come back to sit inside anymore, but would come back for a to go order.

I have driven by Craved so many times yet I just recently went there for the first time. It's not a very big space and there are only a few tables inside and a couple places to sit outside. I personally wouldn't plan on staying here, just grab my drink and go. They do have free wifi last time I checked though. The drinks are pretty good. I have had the almost milk tea, the taro milk tea and the lychee iced tea, all with boba. I enjoyed each one but almond milk tea is my favorite. The menu is mostly their own drink "creations" but I'm sure each one can be personalized. Prices were reasonable as well. Get a stamp card. The one thing that is missing is snacks/food. Usually when I order boba drinks I feel like getting something to eat as well. I guess they don't have the capacity to do food right now but maybe that will change in the future.

This place is really a hidden gem around Fountain Valley. It is conveniently located next to Mile Square park, so if you're out for a run & need a boba break, definitely come visit here! I have not found a drink I haven't liked yet. I don't know much about the legit Thai tea, but when my Whitey Thai Tea came out, the dual layer of tea and half & half showed how this drink is made to order/didn't come from the bottled Thai teas. The Yolo is a definitely must try! You can always asked for it to be sweetened less if you're not craving for that much sugar. The first drink I ever tried from here is the crazy citrus with the lychee jelly & it is deliciouuuuus. So refreshing, zesty, and sweet! PLUUUSS you get a 20% discount when you check into Facebook/Yelp :) I think my only complaint is that the storage room takes up almost half the seating area. They used to have a really nice lounge part, but they were forced to put up the storage room again since the construction management or whatever told them to.

New boba place? I'm there!!! My friends were telling me how good the milk tea is here so I decided to come here and give it a try for myself since I love milk tea. Its pretty convenient for me too since I live super close by. They only offer one size here, which is a large. Prices are pretty cheap too. I got the milk tea with boba. I really like it!!! The milk tea wasn't watered down like most places and the boba has a good chewy consistency. I've been back here a few times now and I still have only gotten the milk tea...I am not sure how good the other drinks are but I really like the milk tea; and so far that drink has been consistently good!

It's just okay. I stopped by this since it's close to my daughters child care, when I walked in the employees were just sitting on the couches on their phones. Also it's very small and dirty inside especially behind the counters where they make tea. I second guessed my choice in buying a tea. I ordered a milk tea with boba. The boba themselves were a little over cooked the milk tea was just okay not anything great. I wouldn't come back just due to how dirty and how it's run. And the tea being just okay. I don't see the hype.... Sad I wasted money I ended up trashing it and going to my usual place. But what the hay just wanted to see if it was good because it's in a location that's convenient for me

I've tried the green milk tea, the YOLO, and the Cloud and Mistea here before. The YOLO is my go-to drink here, and it's pretty on point. Enjoyed all three drinks I've tried and enjoyed all my visits. The atmosphere is pretty chill and relaxing. There are some tables (two or three?) inside and they have seating outdoors too. There are some board games available. Last time I was here, we just sat there and played Jenga. Drew on the walls. Drank drinks. The servers were friendly and helpful the first few times I ordered. They have a sign that reminds you to check in on Yelp for 20% off. Heads up, if you do so, show them you've checked in and you're good. It's not like other check in deals where you'll get a coupon to redeem. I was looking for a "redeem offer" thing, but just showed them instead. Overall a nice visit. Drinks are good, atmosphere is relaxing, servers are friendly.

Good boba, what else is there? It might be small but they're quick, clean and they make some very good tea. I can actually taste the 'tea' instead of sugary syrups of powder. But even the slushes are sweet and good when you want them. Not the most fashionable place but definitely steady reliable good tea.

I wrote a quick tip when I checked-in here a few days ago, but now I want to write a review. I love this place! It is definitely one of my top favorite boba spots because of their friendly staff, affordability (20% off when you check-in on yelp), delicious drinks (tried avocado and taro smoothies and they're bomb!), and the fact that they are NOT cash only! I wish I lived closer so that I could come here more often lol. Thank You, Jesus for boba!
